Angle Ambush: Defense Grid
Identify Angles to Protect the Core
Shields Up! Enemy drones are approaching from all vectors. In Angle Ambush, your defense system only locks on when you correctly identify the approaching angle type.
This high-speed arcade game transforms static geometry duties into minute-to-minute survival. Is that incoming threat Acute (sharp and narrow) or Obtuse (wide and blunt)?
📐 Classified Intel (Angle Types)
- Acute: Small and sharp (Less than 90°).
- Right Angle: A perfect 'L' corner (Exactly 90°).
- Obtuse: Wide but not flat (Between 90° and 180°).
- Reflex: The "outside" angle (Greater than 180°).
Defense Protocols (Year 4)
Geometry Properties
Identify acute and obtuse angles and compare and order angles up to two right angles by
size.
Reasoning
Recognize angles where they meet at a point, are on a straight line, or are vertically
opposite.
👨👩👧 Commander's Advice
Visual cues help memory:
- "Acute" is a 'cute' little angle.
- "Obtuse" sounds big and wide, like a 'moose' (well, almost!).
