Shopkeeper Shrew
Open for Business! Learn to Count Change.
Step behind the counter! In Shopkeeper Shrew, you run the busiest store in the forest. Animals come to buy treats, but they never have the exact money.
Your job is to calculate the change using real UK Coins (1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1). It's the perfect way for Year 2 to Year 4 students to master money.
🛒 How to Play
- Check the Sale: The customer (e.g., a Fox) wants an apple for 20p.
- Take the Payment: They hand you a 50p coin.
- Calculate the Difference: 50p - 20p = 30p change needed.
- Count it Out: Click the coins in your till to make 30p (e.g., a 20p and a 10p). Press "DONE".
